나의 액티핏 리포트 카드 8월 26 2022
오늘은 스쿼트 5일차! 48개 완료!
그리고 pt수업으로 팔운동했습니다.
저번에 했던무게인대도 왜이렇게 무거운지 ㅋㅋㅋ
무게는 언제나 적응이안되는것같습니다.
오늘 pt12회차 수업이였고, 인바디를 재는날이엿습니다.
수업듣기전 상담받을때 쟀던 인바디와 비교했을때
근육량은 동일하구, 체지방만 2.1Kg 감량했습니다.
하루 30분 pt11회 수업들은 결과네요 ㅎㅎ
실제로는 7월18일~8월26일까지의 결과인건데
중간에 pt선생님 여름휴가로 일주일 빠지고
제가 코로나에 걸려서 일주일빠지고 ....
빠진기간이 있어서 딜레이된게있긴하지만 나름 만족합니다.
앞으로 식사량을 조금만 더 줄여야할것같습니다 ㅠㅠ
천천히빼는게 목표이긴하나.. 너무 천천히 빠지는것같아서 음식조절을 해야겠습니다.
