Preparing for the week ahead Actifit Report Card: February 9 2025
Down the Gym
I have been going to the gym daily doing various exercises and went swimming a couple of times.
It is handy having Benjamin @moneyobsessed15 with me as he is actually a certified Personal Trainer.
It makes it easier to get results if you have someone spotting you that knows what they are doing.
Also saves time because it saves messing around setting apparatus cause Benjamin knows exactly.
I finished my gym session on an air walker.
No Report Yesterday
I didn't post a report yesterday instead I did a We Are Alive Tribe and Actifit curation.

Extending Reach
I spent time setting up blurt today another blockchain blogging platform similar to Hive.
Once I created my account I connected to blurt through my Actifit app so I can post my report there as well.

Well I still have lots to do before I am ready for the week ahead so going to wrap this up.
