💪🏻 En este primer reporte acumulé la cantidad mínima de pasos, cabe destacar que no sólo estuve caminando, sino que también troté, anduve en bicicleta y entrené algunos ejercicios básicos de calistenia. Estuve hasta altas horas de la noche en el parque con mi amigo @manueloide, quien le estaba enseñando a un niño algunos ejercicios de calistenia.
💪🏻 In this first report I accumulated the minimum number of steps, it should be noted that I was not only walking, but I also jogged, cycled and trained some basic calisthenics exercises. I was late at night in the park with my friend @manueloide, who was teaching a boy some calisthenics exercises.
