I am used to doing activities in the morning, but some people say that I look weird.
Basically, exercising in the morning is the right time, especially for those who want to boost their mood. But I live in a country where exercise is very taboo, they say that exercise is only for making the body thin. Is that so? Isn't exercise a body need to reduce excess food intake?
