This is my gym buddy. It really helps when I'm low on energy during leg workouts. It's like getting a burst of energy when eating delicious carbs. I can't say anything.
As a diabetic, lack of carbs can make you dizzy and low on energy, especially those who choose weight lifting to gain muscle mass. So, carbs help speed up energy as a boost to be able to reach maximum strength.
