My Actifit Report Card: March 8 2023
What I like about walking in the park is seeing a lot of human behavior, like seeing some people playing ball, grandfather and grandson walking the dog, or seeing a grown man and woman sitting together eating snacks.
Not only that, I also saw several plants growing and falling, saw several wild cats relaxing while waiting for food by the street feeders and also saw street food vendors preparing orders.
Things like this are very simple, but have a positive impact on our minds. So, not only does it train the body to move continuously, it also makes our brain take a break from negative thoughts.
