Hola a todos mis queridos amigos, el post de hoy será sobre algunas fotografías de los muchachos que entrenan en "Clandistenia" mientras los ayudo a entrenar el front lever, sigo dándole algunos tips a la nueva generación para ayudarlos a progresar en el mundo del streeworkout y ayer los puse a entrenar algunas técnicas para el front lever, algunos están comenzando apenas mientras que otros ya tienen algunas progresiones mas avanzadas, les tomé algunas fotos para que se vieran y se pudieran corregir pero por su puesto no es tan sencillo, todo es paso a paso.
