My Actifit Report Card: September 8 2022

Mostly bad weather today kept me home, but I started my commenting plan so that part was ok.
I didn't do anything specific so this report will be shorter.

Stuff that comes to my mind

  • They despise anyone who abides Law by the letter. If a thing is bad, wrong, and unjust, it is bad, wrong, and unjust no matter who does it.
  • Many people do stuff because they expect a reward. Do a job for a salary. Live in virtue, go to heaven. ETC. Not because they truly desire what they do.

Book

  1. Ditch the scales - you don't need to measure yourself every day. Do it once a week.
  2. Let go with flowers - find a favorite scent and enjoy in it
  3. Strive for balance - don't do anything too much, make sure that your day is pleasant
  4. Eat more - you need energy for all the stuff you are doing during your day, so make sure your nutrition needs are met
  5. Don't starve - If your cravings are overwhelming, you are doing something wrong
  6. Eat until you're full - for some people this is difficult, try to avoid stuffing yourself
  7. Feel the hunger - don't eat because it is time to eat, make sure you are hungry before the meal, each day is different
  8. Sit down to eat - messy eating off your feet is not a great idea, you always have those 15 minutes
  9. Eat mindfully - in translation - don't gobble your food like a seagull
  10. Cancel the gym - if going there is too much trouble, find another way to be physically active, it doesn't need to be a gym
  11. Make time for treats - don't do activities that you find stressful, but ones that you love
  12. Helpful flowers - some scents have a better influence on positivity, alertness, and focus, find ones that benefit you
  13. Enjoy the runner's high - stimulate your metabolism with 30 minutes intensive bursts
  14. Savor wine - if you can. I don't drink, but a glass of wine is great for reducing cholesterol and stress levels

Food

Yesterday I posted about a woman with an actual problem. This is another case and it is completely different.

We have a man who is partially on a carnivore diet, with the addition of bread. And his partner is making a drama.

He is not overweight and there is no proof that he is suffering from any health problems. It is just his partner making a situation, and forcing a person to undergo a treatment of any sort is unethical, wrong, and threatening to leave him over it is straight blackmail.
The reason why he eats this much meat is that his system is trying to squeeze out all the nutrients necessary from meat, that he could easily receive from a handful of plants.

Carnivores don't have a microbiome ready to process plants. Giving him plant-based food without an upgrade can be dangerous.

Somehow eating plant-based is not considered a problem, but animal-based is frowned upon and considered a deviation.

Having a headache is not a sign of a severe illness and if you watch a video there is no mention of any blood work done or any sort of a medical assessment. There is no history of illness or any preconceived or unsolved health condition.
They are just full of shit.
And his girlfriend is so happy that things unfolded her way.

Movies

I am looking forward to watching these movies. Some are already out, some are about to come.

Photography

I didn't snap anything today, but I have sky snaps from a few days ago.
Clouds formed a figure that looks like some sort of a creature, a dragon, latched at the sky.
It looked really odd so I took a few photos of it.

I have more of these, but I think these turn the best. Cloud formation was rather big.

Fitbit activity

My activity was moderate and I slept really well last night.
