Chesty westy day.

Incremental weight increases are great for muscle growth.

I'd say muscle growth because I think chest is my favorite exercise, and there is a thought in my nuggin that my hard work is giving me dividends.

I never looked or flexed my muscles in a mirror, but I think the relaxed look is far better.

What do you think?
