My Actifit Report Card: April 9 2023

Last day on the island and not even hungover because I didn't drink a lot. Well I did but not all of it lol.

Walked lots today though because I wanted to get steps up before sitting down on the bike ride home.

Health wise I think I've gained weight from this weekend. Ate lots and drank heaps.
