My Actifit Report Card: January 23 2025
Today was actually a leg lift day and sometimes I try to supplement that with a run or some other heavy cardio for my legs. Since I was trying some new workouts which I could tell were causing a good bit of fatigue on my legs, though, I decided to just, do a lot of walking instead.
I wasn’t even tracking my steps because if I had, I definitely would have gone for 20K but I’ll say that it was a productive day nonetheless!
I like to make sure that I do an ice bath after a run or leg lift day as it always helps with the recovery. Tomorrow should be cardio so we’ll see how much my legs are up for it.
