Guten Abend :)
Mein Tag heute hat extrem entspannt angefangen. Ich habe praktisch bis mittags nichts anderes gemacht, als YouTube oder Netflix zu schauen. Ich bin später noch ins Fitnessstudio gegangen. Heute war für mich Leg Day. Ich finde es manchmal ein wenig verwunderlich, wie unterschiedlich meine Kraft in den Beinen im Vergleich zu meinem Oberkörper ist. Also ich glaube tatsächlich, der stärkste Muskel, den ich habe, sind meine Waden. Weil mit denen mache ich fast bei jeder Übung immer Maximalgewicht. Wenn ich dann überlege, was meine Arme hinkriegen, das ist zu vernachlässigen. Auf jeden Fall war ich am Ende noch auslaufen auf dem Band. Daher stammen heute die meisten Schritte. Morgen geht es wieder arbeiten.

Good evening :)
My day started extremely relaxed today. I practically did nothing but watch YouTube or Netflix until noon. Later, I went to the gym. Today was Leg Day for me. I sometimes find it a bit surprising how different my leg strength is compared to my upper body. I actually think the strongest muscle I have is my calves. Because with them, I always do the maximum weight for almost every exercise. When I consider what my arms can manage, it's negligible. Anyway, I finished with a run on the treadmill. That's where most of today's steps came from. Tomorrow, it's back to work.
Wie sieht es mit den Kalorien aus?
Zum Mittag gab's bei mir heute eine Westernpfanne. Die hat so um die tausend Kalorien. Und abends mache ich mir wieder Hähnchenbrötchen, diesmal mit Jasminreis. Normalerweise ist das immer Langkornreis. Ich merke da tatsächlich nicht so den Unterschied, außer dass der Jasminreis weniger lang kochen muss. Ich hab dann noch einen High-Protein-Pudding gegessen. Und daher stammen dann heute auch die Kalorien. Ach, und es gab noch einen High-Protein-Eisriegel. 😬
What about the calories?
For lunch today, I had a Western pan. It has about a thousand calories. In the evening, I made chicken sandwiches again, this time with jasmine rice. Normally, I use long-grain rice. I don't really notice much of a difference, except that jasmine rice takes less time to cook. I also had a high-protein pudding. And that's where today's calories come from. Oh, and there was also a high-protein ice cream bar. 😬
