Guten Abend :)

Heute absolutes Commitment: Ich bin auf einer Geburtstagsfeier, aber muss ja meinen Actifit-Beitrag für heute noch machen. Ich werde die Kalorien für heute außen vor lassen, weil viel Weizen, viel Hopfen usw. Ich glaube, ihr wisst, was ich meine. Meine Schritte werden tendenziell heute noch mehr. Auf jeden Fall sind meine Haare jetzt so wie von Adrian Monk, in 2 Tagen, wenn ich sie auswasche, werden die Haare dann so aussehen, wie ich es mir wünschen würde.
Für heute gilt: Die meisten Schritte kommen von meinem Gang zum Friseur und vom Weg zur Geburtstagsparty. Morgen möchte ich noch ins Studio, weshalb ich es heute etwas ruhiger angehen lasse.

Good evening :)

Absolute commitment today: I'm at a birthday party, but I still have to make my Actifit post for today. I'll leave the calories out for today because of lots of wheat, lots of hops, etc. I think you know what I mean. My steps will likely increase throughout the day. In any case, my hair now looks like Adrian Monk's, and in 2 days, when I wash it out, my hair will look the way I want it to.
For today, most of my steps come from my trip to the hairdresser and the walk to the birthday party. I want to go to the gym tomorrow, so I'll take it a bit easier today.

Richtig gut.
Kannst du sagen, wie viele Schritte noch dazugekommen sind ? :D
Auf jeden Fall muss man die Feste feiern wie sie fallen, also alles richtig gemacht.
In der kommenden Woche kannst du das ja wieder ausgleichen 😄
