Cedric is just shilling his file coin bags. EOS can't be shut down any easier than BTC can. Have you researched how there's 90 paid BP's? Even more that will jump in and validate blocks if a BP goes down.
Steem is DPOS going past 3 years now. Why has it been shut down. NEO FS dBFT. It's simply not true.
