Preface

My witness name is 'steemgigs' to represent 'everyone has something to offer'.

I have been on steemit for close to 3 years. I have witnessed it all and i love steem. My aim since day one has been 'surpassinggoogle with steem'. (Read about my love for steem and the journey that made it, here!!!) 

I have had many successful tags (community endeavors) on the steem blockchain. Some notable ones are #untalented, #teardrops, #steemgigs and more recently '#ulog', which was used by more than 5,000 steemians (within the first 4 months of its inception), generating some 197,000 comments.

The models are set now and more recently, we have focused on building three steem-based social platforms, namely 'ulogs.org', 'steemgigs.org' and 'macrohard.pro', under the umbrella of the TEARDROPS SMT, a steem-based token. 

The TEARDROPS SMT Ecosystem

The teardrops SMT is an emblem of human & breakthrough token to reward 'proof of tears'. It will power three steem-based social-network platforms namely; ULOGS.ORG, STEEMGIGS.ORG & MACROHARD, all of which apply a 'mining the human' model. 

En-route 'mining the human into its awesomest version', there is bound to many tears, whether happy, sad or un-fell. We intend to fix each tear with some TEARDROPS, for tear has value. 

The entire TEARDROPS SMT ecosystem is built around a grey-list of 'certified users'. Every(any)one can 'get certified'. (Read more about the perks of 'getting certified' here!!!)

Currently, TEARDROPS exists on steem-engine and while it already has some utility, it will find further utility as a 'token of influence' on each of these three steem-based social platforms:

Ulogs.org -  A blockchain-based social network where everyone can create ULOGS, become "true celebrity" (ULOGGERS), create a community of "true fans" and earn a variety of rewards, TEARDROPS and the currency called "steem".  

Steemgigs.org -  A revolutionary steem-based freelance services marketplace & dream-building ecosystem, with its own knowledge-base, community and 'an untalented paradigm'.    

Macrohard.pro - An enterprise that removes 'all barriers to entry' related to project-development, by creating a programming protocol in which 'every(any)one' can suddenly 'code with swag'. 

You will be able to  power-up TEARDROPS on each of the three interfaces. However, to be 'whale' on all three interfaces for instance, you will need to buy or earn more TEARDROPS to power-up independently, on each of the three.

Plan (Near Term)

We are looking for a 'dedicated developer' (or dedicated developers); one who has come to love our projects and is willing to dedicate their time and commitment for a period of one month (or less), to help in building these projects. 

We are currently writing out a collection of tasks on GitHub, for both SteemGigs and Ulogs and we want to complete these tasks over the course of one month. Completing these tasks will help us fulfill our alpha-stage of development.

Simply put, our plan is to complete alpha-stage of development for both SteemGigs and Ulogs, meaning that all tasks have been kept basic and less-complex.

At this stage in our development, we are building on a stringent budget. We need your help to complete ALPHA.

The main developers for SteemGigs (@tobias-g) and Ulogs (@eastmael) currently have a very tight schedule and in these moments need assistance, especially with regards to simpler development-tasks.

Where we are able to complete our alpha-stage of development, we will better-posed to raise a more substantial development budget, putting our TEARDROPS token to better effect in raising capital. 

We implore you to buy out time to look into these projects, its history and potential beauty and consider joining us in its building.

Budget

We intend to spend the budget below, across SteemGigs and Ulogs (development-tasks):

  • 1,500 STEEM
  • 20,000 TEARDROPS

We will have a more elaborate breakdown of this budget, where you have demonstrated interest and we have ensued conversation.

Please note that @utopian-io has supported all contributions (code etc) to 'both projects' so far, via curation (upvote) and each development-task that contribute to is likely to get some of such support where you decide to publish a 'development report' (according to their guidelines).

Overall, we would like contributing developer/developers to be experienced with UX/UI (especially with regards SteemGigs) as we would like these sites to render well on all browsers and on mobile.

To simplify matters further, we will divide the 1,500 STEEM among all tasks, enabling other developers who want to contribute, to.

However, where we are able to find a 'dedicated developer', one willing to be committed over the course of one month and where this one has the know-how to take up both SteemGigs and Ulogs tasks, we will look to stick to this one and monitor their progress. 

Ofcourse, we will be very welcoming to 'two dedicated developers', one to take up SteemGigs tasks and the other to take up Ulogs tasks

I agree but it is not always about the money and based on interest and dedication I can raise the amount in negotiation. The tasks aren’t complex and the one month may be few hours a day. Also depending on the dev it can be days or a few weeks. I just put the span of duration to emphasis commitment. Too, there has to be a measure of relationship at the start before the amount is upped as there needs that basis with pay being secondary

Just as we are all waiting the rise of Steem price which has much better blockchain than Bitcoin and many many other altcoins. Steem deserves to be at top-5 as it has such projects like Dtube, now it is Dlike and also Smart Media tokens. We are all tired of instability, I’m waiting for it for 2 years. Why only BTC is growing now? I’m too jealous just having a look upon it. I remember myself always being glad that BTC price was growing, now I have different feelings. And investors, people are disloyal also, many people are just bitches

Yes it’s a bother but many things even success in relation to steem isn’t measure by bulls and bears. Steem does still carry value in a bear market. I do feel price will rise and perhaps Smt etc is soon. All slow but steem is all fresh in terms of the innovation it brings and it needs and has had to undergo a ton of experiment. It is admirable that the team behind it hasn’t wilted under pressure and have stayed staunch behind this dream. Many project owners run altogether. Steem is tackling scalability especially now with many apps and I think that is key even for the apps the stay sustained. With the recent Mira implementation I think it will now get better altogether. I think Alts in general aren’t rising with bts. I have looked around and true just few crypto will do well and very few an steem is definitely among this few

I wan't to be in. But, I don't use VUE JS & JAVA that often. I'm capable (at least now) for PHP, Javascript Core, JQuery and stuff. I know it won't be hard to Work on VUE (It's Just a Better version of JS) but i think you need some "Professionals"which i'm not. I appreciate your work Brother. I'm Interested in it and I've seen you post these Tasks multiple Times but i don't think anybody has joined yet? Sorry but We on steem have really less devs which is a poor thing. BTW BRo, if the work is not that High level i may help or at least try :) May i contact you on Discord? DEVS are not Common here, I also have so many Amazing project Ideas bro but i am Unable to Transform them into Reality (Even though i can Develop them) Because of Lack of Support & Good Teammate(s)...

@surpassinggoogle very good idea. I was just thinking about doing the same thing. Having a service dedicated to steemit is awesome. There aren't a lot of gigs that offer a full service steemit package or a way to promote your steemit it to attract like minded people. Some are naturally gifted with this ability but others need to over time develop their brand. Thanks to @utopian-io for the support. I'm curious to see where this goes. MAYBE build a team and outsource many projects.

For this particular one no but ofcourse in the future. For this one it is task-based but the tasks aren't complex. Aim is to complete alpha as both sites already exist on 'https://steemgigs.org and https://ulogs.org'.

So the tasks will be broken into small pieces.
