要知道消极情绪损耗身体能量的速度与通过体育运动获取能量的速度可是不成正比的。

当没有足够的能量支撑身体各个部位的正常运作,你的身体就会开始出现各种症状,各种不适。当出现这些问题的时候,在短时间内是无法通过体育运动快速恢复的。

有很多的人整天萎靡不振,这就是消极情绪在作祟,在吞噬着身体的能量,让你觉得浑身无力,无精打采。

所以想让身体时刻保持年轻有活力,请拒绝消极情绪地打扰。
