I am a Researcher and I think the best way to sell steem to the world is to begin to have steem communities sponsor real time events in our cities, states, even at national levels.
Today, I made a call on Twitter calling from friends who need Sponsors for their sports events to reach out to @sporstalksocial team or @dfacademy on Twitter.
I am of tje opinion that if such people indicate interest, we help them create steem accounts and show them how to raise blogs on #sportstalk calling for SPORTS support. With that, thw masses will see how a social media like steem can help them solve real life problems.
If their First attempt goes well, then, we trust, they can always stay to raise more supports for their projects. Lo! They stay on steem.

That's actually a really good idea. If we all donated some tokens then we could perhaps sponsor a real sporting event.
Why not speak to the guy who runs @actnearn, they do promotions for free for large stakeholders.

This will be a great initiative. Awesome thoughts. Sports can also be used to sponsor Interhouse sports competition.
