My best friend is a big sports fan. Hockey, football, and baseball are his big three. He's also that guy that travels to all the stadiums to see games. He has not been to all of them but I think he's been to most of the stadiums of those three sports to see a game.

He lives in Colorado, but tonight he'll be in Seattle for his first visit to Climate Pledge Arena for this hockey game...

The reason I mention it is, I'm going too :D

It will be my first Kraken game as well, though I have been to that arena many times back in the 90s when it was called Key Arena and the Western Hockey League Seattle Thunderbirds played there. In fact, there is a chance he visited me back then and we went to a T-birds game together. I'll have to ask him if that's the case.

The Rangers are @silverd510's favorite team. This is weird for me to say but I won't be rooting against them tonight. I won't be rooting for them either, I'm not an idiot xD
I won't be rooting for the Kraken either, they can get fucked!

Tonight I'll be rooting for a good game with some awesome goals and a fight or two. The Rangers are a good team with lots of top quality players and a two time Stanley Cup winning back-up goalie. The Kraken have won their last 4 games, so it is sure to be an entertaining game.

The Arena is located on the edge of downtown Seattle in the Seattle Center.

So, yesterday when I was getting some stuff together I pulled out my small copper stack to get a couple rounds to bring with. I like to leave a round here or there on occasion for someone to find. Never know if it might spark an interest in bullion or...drop bears!

I like copper rounds and occasionally toss them in my basket when I'm shopping for silver online.

When I started stacking I wanted all the silver, not just because it's silver but some of the designs on silver coins and rounds are awesome! I started buying copper rounds so I could still have the design on a coin but only spend a dollar or two.

I have my two-two ounce pocket pieces with me, so let's see what's good in the copper stack today.

I have not actually looked through all these for a while. That one in the bag on the left is a litcoin round I bought in 2016, still in the bag!

The dark, smooshed looking one is one I put on the train tracks a few years back. I posted about it on steem so good luck finding that post. I'd look but I'm on a time crunch rn. Busting out this post early in the morning then scheduling it and hitting the road.

Here is what I decided on bringing. The silver will stay in my pocket but the two copper rounds will not!

I got a couple new hats last year at the end of winter and it's finally cold enough to wear them. I've been wearing the hockey hat the last few weeks, but the Rangers are blue, red and white so I don't think I will be wearing that one tonight.

Which means, tonight will be the first time wearing the poutine 😃😃😃

Atrocious! Just look at those colors! Can't wait to get compliments on it at the game 🤣

I may post some snaps on #snaps from the game tonight, or I may keep my phone in my pocket and actually enjoy moment instead of posting pictures to show other people how much fun I am having 😂🤣
