Day 536 | New Morning Reps Routine
I've been all over the pace the last couple of days and need to get back into something of a routine that works. Yesterday I pretty much did nothing and went home to spend an afternoon with my nieces. It was raining and we watched a Studio Ghibli movie I've wanted to watch with them for a while and also played some monopoly. Fun Times :-)
I will be introducing a new morning reps routine doing 10 Pull-ups | 10 Chin-Ups | 20 Push-Ups | 100 Seconds Plank | 2x 60 Sec side Plank and try at least to keep doing this daily for a while. I like routines in bursts often changing things around a bit
I will be adding all the daily checklists and goals agains until the end of the month tomorrow.
I will try my best to get this post close to the non-linear reward curve 24 hours after it was posted so everyone that showed support won't get screwed over by reduced curation rewards. All earning will be used to reinvest and grow on this platform so I can continue to increase the support I'm able to give back on Steemit over time! Thanks !
