My Actifit Report Card: December 21 2024

Saludos a toda la comunidad de Hive y Actifit. Espero que todos estén muy bien en el día de hoy, chicos. En el reporte del día de hoy les contaré que fue un día bastante productivo y cansado. Mi mamá y yo, en el día de ayer, habíamos quedado en que llevaríamos unos gaticos en adopción al Centro Comercial Parque Aragua, donde todos los sábados hacen jornada de adopción. Hoy me desperté casi a las 9 a.m.; a pesar de haberme levantado a esa hora, no me sentía con flojera.
Greetings to the entire Hive and Actifit community. I hope everyone is doing well today, guys. In today's report I will tell you that it was a very productive and tiring day. My mum and I had arranged yesterday to take some kittens for adoption to the Parque Aragua Shopping Centre, where they have an adoption day every Saturday. Today I woke up at almost 9 a.m.; even though I woke up at that time, I didn't feel lazy.

A veces, cuando me despierto a esa hora, suelo tener flojera encima por dormir mucho. Pero hoy no fue así: me estiré, tomé agua y decidí hacer desayuno para irme aunque sea con algo en el estómago, chicos. Luego de comer mi arepa con jamón y queso, que estaba muy rica, era momento de irme a cepillarme, bañarme y arreglar las cosas que íbamos a llevar para estar todo el día en Parque Aragua. Salimos de casa a eso de las 10 a.m.; los gaticos estaban algo estresados; por esa parte es entendible ya que no están acostumbrados a estar en una jaula y mucho menos en la calle.
Sometimes, when I wake up at that time, I tend to feel sluggish from sleeping too much. But today it wasn't like that: I stretched, drank some water and decided to make breakfast so I could leave with at least something in my stomach, guys. After eating my arepa with ham and cheese, which was very tasty, it was time to go to brush, bathe and arrange the things we were going to take to spend the whole day in Parque Aragua. We left the house at about 10 a.m.; the kittens were a bit stressed, which is understandable as they are not used to being in a cage, let alone in the street.

En el transcurso del viaje en el bus tratamos de tranquilizarlos; que todo estará bien fue complicado, chicos. Hasta que por fin llegamos a Parque Aragua para poder dar en adopción a los gaticos; estuvimos toda la mañana y tarde esperando a gente que quisiera llevárselos; sin embargo se llevaban más los perritos. Creo que hoy fue el día de los perritos más que de los gaticos, porque no solamente los nuestros estaban sin adoptar, sino que las demás personas que tenían gatos también fue así.
In the course of the bus journey we tried to reassure them that everything would be all right, it was complicated, guys. Until we finally arrived at Parque Aragua to be able to give the kittens up for adoption; we spent the whole morning and afternoon waiting for people who wanted to take them; however, they took more of the puppies. I think that today was the day of the puppies more than the kittens, because not only ours were unadopted, but also the other people who had cats.

Cada persona se llevó sus gaticos otra vez a sus casas, amigos de Actifit; no está permitido dejarlos ya que es un delito, por ende sería abandonar a los animales. Fue un gran día; la verdad la pasé muy bien. Creo que me quedaré con los gaticos, es que son muy bonitos. Espero les gusten las fotografías, chicos. Muchísimas bendiciones para todos ustedes.
Each person took their kittens back to their homes, friends of Actifit; it is not allowed to leave them as it is a crime, therefore it would be abandoning the animals. It was a great day; I had a great time. I think I will keep the kittens, they are so cute. I hope you like the pictures, guys. Many blessings to all of you.
