Saludos a toda la comunidad de Hive y Actifit. Espero que todos estén muy bien en el día de hoy, chicos. En el día de hoy les compartiré parte de lo que fue mi día en el día de ayer. Me comuniqué con mi amigo Rafael primeramente para ver qué íbamos a hacer de rutina; nos comprometimos a que yo llevara la corneta y él llevara el peso lastre. Es decir, hicimos básicos con peso lastre; tenía muchísimo tiempo sin entrenar con peso lastre.
Greetings to the entire Hive and Actifit community. I hope everyone is doing great today, guys. Today I will share with you part of my day yesterday. I communicated with my friend Rafael first to see what we were going to do as a routine; we agreed that I would carry the bugle and he would carry the weight. That is to say, we did the basics with ballast weight; I hadn't trained with ballast weight for a long time.

Entre tanto hablar por mensaje, ya era momento de que me fuera a bañar y arreglar mis cosas para ir saliendo al parque. Yo ya estaba listo por mi parte y ya era momento de salir de mi casa. Salí de mi casa y pasé buscando a Rafael. Llegamos al parque como a las 5:30 p.m.; otros compañeros del parque se nos unieron a hacer la rutina de básicos con los 10 kilos de peso extra.
In between all the texting, it was time for me to go shower and get my things ready to go out to the park. I was ready for my part and it was time to leave my house. I left my house and went looking for Rafael. We arrived at the park at about 5:30 p.m.; other people from the park joined us to do the basic routine with the 10 kilos of extra weight.

Primeramente, empezamos a calentar nuestras articulaciones por media hora con el objetivo de evitar lesiones a futuro, chicos. Cualquier atleta tiene que estar pendiente respecto a eso, chicos; deben calentar muy bien. Quizás no te pueda afectar al instante, pero a largo plazo sí. Con todo esto, tomé otras fotografías más; terminamos la rutina cansados, pero la completamos. Bien, chicos, esto ha sido el reporte del día de hoy. Espero que les hayan gustado las fotografías. First of all, we started to warm up our joints for half an hour in order to avoid injuries in the future, guys. Any athlete has to be aware of that, guys; you have to warm up really well. It might not affect you instantly, but in the long run it will. With all this, I took some more pictures; we finished the routine tired, but we completed it. Well, guys, that's it for today's report.
