Newspaper Day!
Today started so early, I felt like @davedickeyyall up at the crack of ass, filming the sunrise.
Boy howdy I tell you it was cold this morning. -16 Celsius is 3.2 Freedom Unjts and that is without the wind chill.
Every couple of weeks, I help a local news company distribute and promote their local news paper. Not sure why I haven’t hired someone to do this for me yet. Maybe I am a glutton for punishment or like nailing 10k actifit steps.
Cold as hell but clear and bright made it fine to look at the roofs with the poor insulation.
You can tell we have had some steady, accumulating snow and a little wind to curve it into funny shapes.
After all that nonsense, it was half price burger day which is a good reason to go visit Erica for some lunch.
Those were non-alcoholic Guinesses for the record. I am still hanging tough for Dry January. We washed them down with NA Heineken which is not much worse than that not great beer!
Now I am tucked in the man cave and watching the last episode of Andor which I have been saving for a cold night.
Hope you took as many steps as I did but didn’t freeze your arse off as bad ;)

Ya man I would have been tight in my bed and worked from home yesterday morning but papers aren't gonna deliver themselves! Thank goodness for heated seats and steering wheel!
Funny story, I had our current car for three years before i discovered the button for the sterrign wheel heater, saw the button one day when cleaning the car and on next drive tried it out and was pleaseantly surprised to find out i had a steerign wheel warmer lOL

Congratulations on dry January, how does "unleaded" Heineken compare to regular?
I am not a huge fan of Amsterdam Canal Water in the first place but it will do in a pinch. So will this NA! Crisp, beer flavoured more than many of the others I have tasted.
If you like Heineken, and are on a dry January, a definite go-to.

Yes big icicles. Mainly because the roof of that place is poorly insulated and faces the morning and midday sun. Had to stop and take a picture to share with southern friends!
