El enfoque estuvo dividido entre la adaptación del cuerpo al movimiento encadenado y la resistencia al mantener la calidad del estático durante la fatiga.

After recording a few shots focused on mobility and technique for a plank routine, I began what would be my main workout of the day, focused entirely on plank combos. The focus was divided between adapting the body to the chained movement and maintaining endurance by maintaining the quality of the static pose through fatigue.

Arranqué con combos libres, exigiendo lo máximo en cada ejecución, y a medida que el cansancio fue apareciendo, me apoyé con liga para poder seguir trabajando sin comprometer la forma. Aunque siento que pude haber rendido un poco más en términos de energía, quedé bastante satisfecho con la técnica que mantuve en la mayoría de elementos. Poco a poco, todo va sumando.
I started with free combos, pushing myself to the limit with each execution, and as fatigue set in, I used banding to support myself so I could continue working without compromising my form. Although I feel I could have performed a little better in terms of energy, I was quite satisfied with the technique I maintained on most elements. Little by little, it all adds up.
