A little bit of Dragon Flag🐉!!

Hola Comunidad de Actifit, el día de hoy fue muy tranquilo. En la tarde fui a la Universidad y de ahí como a las 6:00pm me fui directo a "La Vereda" para entrenar.

Me puse a hacer un poco de Free en las barras y a trotar logrando mas de 11000 pasos el día de hoy (Mi récord de momento😅).

Luego con mis compañeros realicé una rutina de estáticos y para finalizar hicimos "Dragón Flag", con el objetivo de mejorar tanto la fuerza en el abdomen como la contracción abdominal. Antes de irnos me tomé una foto con mi amigo @edixovm 🫶🏻

Hello Actifit Community, today was very quiet. In the afternoon I went to the University and from there at about 6:00pm I went straight to "La Vereda" to train.

I did a little bit of Free on the bars and jogging achieving more than 11000 steps today (My record for the moment😅).

Then with my partners I did a static routine and to finish we did "Dragon Flag", with the aim of improving both abdominal strength and abdominal contraction. Before we left I took a picture with my friend @edixovm 🫶🏻
