My Actifit Report Card: November 22 2024

Keeping fit is one of the vital ways to stay healthy. Fitness is necessary for proper functioning of the body system.

I am aware of the importance of keeping fit; hence the reason why I always like to keep fit by taking a walk from time to time.

Apart from being a part of exercise, which helps one to keep fit, taking a walk helps in appreciating nature and also serve as an avenue to get to know more about the environment around us.

Walking is one of the most overlooked form of exercise worth-experiencing. It aids in getting new experiences as we find out new things along the way, discover new places. It also helps in reducing daily stress.

I am cognizant of the above benefits of walking and more. So, I decided to take a walk as I head home from a meeting. As I head home, I discovered a lot of new things on my way; I got to appreciate a lot about nature as it adds significantly to the life we live.

Truly, walking not only keeps one fit, but also helps in improving one's mood and boosting one's energy.

I always enjoy taking a walk. I developed this habit of walking after I saw a friend of mine one evening. He told me he's exercising by just walking to and fro. That day changed my view about walking
