Hey Actifit frens! Had an absolutely epic day today and for the first time in forever I went running and it was grand. Hope y’all caught the reference on that one but yes I did go running and yes, I did go cycling on the indoor cycle knocking out over 11,000 steps on the day and I capped it off by having a high intensity training session in the sheets.
