Hey Actifit Frens! Had a very busy and not very exciting day today having to go to work and I did not bring my dog to work so I did not get in my daily walk at lunch today. However, after work today, I did get in a high intensity workout challenge on the indoor cycle. Then I got another high intensity Inside workout in another way hell yeah. Hope y’all enjoy the daily meme.
