Leg day at the gym. My Actifit Report Card: December 6 2024

A long day starting with a beautiful sunrise.

But today was leg day at the gym.

Not my favorite thing but how do the work to stay in shape. Tomorrow in personal Trainer day but for today on my own.

After the gym time to walk the dog. Clean the house, make dinner for the fam and generally be useful.

After dinner? Another walk of the dog of course.

But when I got home I got talking to me son and didn't get Nico his food fast enough so get was watching and waiting.

But overall got me 14k steps so I'm happy with that

Haha. Well, my two sons are old enough to make their own food (21 and 19) but busy with finals at University so...Dad to the rescue. Thanks for the reply :)

Yeah. I was in the gym on the treadmill and looked up and thought....Wow.... need to take a picture of that. It was certainly a brilliant sunrise.

And yes, all good here. Hopefully the same with you and your family
