My Actifit Report Card: April 2 2021
This is my weekly Actifit post.
Well another week has gone by and we are closing in on Easter Sunday.
It's been a very busy week for me and I have been staying busy with my exercising and weightlifting.
I haven't been able to get out and do any running or jogging this week, it's just something I don't have time to do. Actually I'm not a very big fan of getting winded, all those years of smoking damaged my lungs and they're not coming back very good.
I think I'm going to add a lot more stretching to my routine, I've noticed I feel a lot better afterwards.
I would say my average Step count per day for this week was around 7,500. I know it doesn't sound like a lot compared to other people but I've been pretty tired afterwards.
Soon the weather will be warmer and I am going to start walking on the beach a few nights a week for sunset. This should give me some excellent pictures to add to my post.

Happy Easter. I think its best to do the activity you are most comfortable with. I tend to prefer to walk because I feel more comfortable afterwards.
I like stretching when I use to jog or run but lately I haven't really done so. I think it helps the blood flow and thus I think it a good thing to add to your routine.
Happy Easter to you too, as I get older my exercise has to change, I forget I'm not young anymore and I overdo it.
No we take pain killers for those exercises.

excellent that you are constant in your practices, did you know that if you can't go for a run a routine that is very fashionable is "the tabata routine", you can do a lot of cardio in a short time.
