I'm telling you that today I went to a place here in Valencia called SIARTEC. It's a government-owned facility that handles tax collection for the state of Carabobo. In my previous post, I mentioned that I'm currently completing the paperwork to revalidate the Technical Baccalaureate grades I brought from abroad. When I went to my appointment last week at the Valencia Education Zone office, they told me I had to pay $5 USD in dynamic account units for the certified grades and $5 USD for the bachelor's degree. This is in order to complete the admissions process for a public university in Venezuela, which will begin in May through the OPSU (Oficina de Planificación del Sector Universitario), which is in charge of the university selection process.

When we arrived, we ran into trouble because they didn't accept mobile payments, and my mom had forgotten her card. Luckily, I had mine. I didn't have any money, but I did just in case. My mom wired me a card, and we were able to make the payment.

Once I had paid the tax units for the grades and the degree, I went to explore downtown Valencia, but this time I went alone because my mom went somewhere else to participate in an event at a museum.

I went looking for a PlayStation controller, since the left joystick was damaged on my current one. Apparently, some kind of spring that kept it in place was damaged. Also, as I mentioned in my previous posts, I bought a capture card, but I need a monitor to stream my recordings, so I've also been looking into when those monitors will be released so I can bring quality content to Hive soon.

I hope to make those purchases soon. I've been looking into the prices of air conditioners. There are a lot of things I want to get, and I'm already achieving them with Hive rewards and my babysitting job.

After a while of searching, I rested in a plaza near a museum in Valencia and took these photos while I hung out and waited for my mom to return.
The plaza was very beautiful; they keep it very clean. I hadn't had the chance to sit there and appreciate the scenery. I had a peaceful moment.

After a while, my mom arrived, and we went shopping at a market called La Granja. After that, we went home.
