My Actifit Report Card and Update: February 14 2025

Hi Everyone,

I’m back with another Actifit Report and Update. I haven’t spent much time on my @spectrumecons account. I posted just once since my previous update, which was around ten days ago. However, I posted two long posts on my @captainhive account. I’ll discuss these later in this update.

Wednesday, last week, we went to the theatre to watch the War Horse stage show. It is such a good play. It has a great, compelling storyline. The model/puppet horses were great. They were so skilfully used to tell the story. I had seen the stage show before in Australia around 12 years ago. That was just my sister and I. This time we took my brother and my mother. They had not seen it before, but were familiar with the story.

It was nice to go to the theatre. It had been sometime since the last time we went.

On Sunday, I stayed up to watch the Super Bowl. It’s the only NFL game I watch live each year. I also make predictions about which teams will win in the playoffs and ultimately win the Super Bowl. I was mostly off this year, but I was right about the Chiefs not winning. I just didn’t expect the Eagles to be the ones to win it all.

The game was good. The Eagles looked great, and the Chiefs looked bad. It was surprising how easily the Eagles won. This Super Bowl seemed to be well officiated, which is rare these days.

My Content

My only post on this channel/account was the results post for my Sapien Loop quiz. I was pleased with the quality of the responses. Four participants almost answered all the questions correctly. I think my new format might encourage more participants and more effort. Ultimately, I’m trying to get more people to read the books.

I put much more effort into the content on my @captainhive account. The two long posts were parts 1 and 2 of a new Sapien Loop story. The title of the story is ‘Down But Not Out’. It is a considerably darker story than the previous two, but I feel it raises many real issues. In the context of the Sapien Loop series, it explains how the Downs Region came about as well as the Sapien meat trade that was shockingly revealed in the first book.

That wraps up this Actifit Report and Update. I feel like I covered off a lot this week. I’m not sure when I’ll be back writing my regular content. For now, I’m still inspired to continue with my Sapien Loop content. Anyway, I wish everyone a fun and active weekend.
