Don’t Hurry….Be Happy! ☺️
“Silbertop, you bring matches….Man?”🐸
“My green friend, we will need to come back with the Girls another day and have a cookout, today is just us “Bro’s” chilling out together!”😇
After mowing, and splitting firewood this morning, PEPE and Silvertop headed to one of our favorite trails…..the Gold Mine!😊
The trailhead can park about ten cars, and as we pulled up, there was only one spot left ……for Silvertop’s truck!😅
Paparazzi Silvertop, is always looking for new photos…………..
If you just slow down, there is always so many interesting things to see along the trail!
Just look up my friends……….
The third photo shows you just how big trees grow in the Pacific Northwest, and how impressive and scary these trees are when the come down….as you can see in the next photo!😳
The next creek crossing had a sign tacked to a tree with an arrow pointing down…….
Old Bridge 1901-1981
The next photo is the creek where this wooden bridge previously stood.
Now days it’s just part of the hiking trail, PEPE and Silvertop carefully picked our way over and through rocks to the other side.
I could hear a small group of hikers about a thousand feet back, gaining on PEPE and Silvertop……
“PEPE, I’ll just stop and let them pass!”😇
I stopped…….. They stopped!
Hmmm……….🤔
We started hiking….. they started hiking again!😮
“PEPE, I’ll just stop again and snap some photos, and let them pass!”☺️
They stopped again!🙄
Finally PEPE and Silvertop reached a fork in the trail, we went one direction and this small group of hikers went the other!🤗
“Too many people PEPE Lol!”🤣
“Da lost Silbertop, must be “Flatlanders” Lol….. time to go home see Ladies!”🐸
“Do you know the way back my green friend, or do you need to follow Silvertop home Lol!”😇
