My Actifit Report Card: January 1 2025

Today is the first day of 2025, and I am off to a great start. After celebrating the New Year last night and watching the fireworks show at the Space Needle on television, we went to bed around one in the morning.

We slept in until ten in the morning, and I started the day with a really nice weight lifting workout.

We had some food and went for a walk not too far from our house. We got a good thirty minute walk together the three of us.

I have been on vacation since December 23rd, so it is hard to believe that I have to work tomorrow! The good news is that it is a really short week, so it will be good to adjust back to the working schedule.

Strangely the Actifit app was crashing when I was trying to upload first image today, so I posted first without images and then edited the post.
