Hola gente de #Hive Y #Actifit, hoy les traigo mi reporte de actividades de ayer. Y empezaré diciendo que el día de ayer estuvo un poco ocupado por lo que no pude publicar este reporte el mismo día pero aprovecharé el día de hoy para hacerlo. El día de ayer empezó temprano por la mañana preparándome para salir a la universidad, Ya que esta semana empecé esta jornada por ahora ha sido una buena experiencia y espero que siga de esa manera. Luego de ver mis clases correspondientes y estar un rato con los compañeros de clase regresé a mi hogar. Una vez en casa decidí descabezar el resto de la tarde puesto que el siguiente día (hoy) no iba a tener clases y era el que iba a aprovechar para estudiar. Luego llegó el momento de el entrenamiento, Por lo que me preparé y salí las barras a entrenar. Este día realice diferentes tipos de movimientos y la Realidad es que los movimientos fueron bastante variados desde planchas front E incluso hefesto. Aunque a decir verdad el día de ayer me tocaba a ser únicamente front lever hefesto, Llegué con ciertas ganas de hacer planchar y por eso las realicé obviamente no salieron de la mejor manera puesto que realmente No estaba mi 100×100 ya que el día lunes entrené planchas, Salieron veo una manera regular. Luego de esto regresé a mi casa para estudiar un poquito y Descansar. Muchísimas gracias por ver y leer y nos vemos en la siguiente publicación un saludo y hasta luego.
Hello #Hive Y #Actifit people, today I bring you my report of yesterday's activities. And I'll start by saying that yesterday was a bit busy so I couldn't publish this report the same day but I'll take advantage of today to do it. Yesterday started early in the morning getting ready to go to the university, since this week I started this journey so far it has been a good experience and I hope it continues that way. After watching my classes and spending some time with my classmates I went back home. Once at home I decided to spend the rest of the afternoon since the next day (today) I was not going to have classes and I was going to take advantage of it to study. Then it was time for training, so I got ready and went out to the bars to train. This day I performed different types of movements and the reality is that the movements were quite varied from front planchas and even hefesto. Although to tell the truth yesterday I had to be only front lever hefesto, I arrived with certain desire to do planks and so I performed them obviously did not go in the best way since I really was not my 100×100 since on Monday I trained planks, they came out in a regular way.
