My Actifit Report Card: December 13 2024 / Beautiful lights

I have installed Actifit and resumed walking, but it is too cold to make any progress in walking. But this is not good enough! So I went walking as hard as I could.

Actifitをインストールしてウォーキングを再開しましたが、あまりに寒いためなかなか歩くことが捗りません。でもこれでは駄目だ！と思って頑張って歩きに行ってきました。

Anyway, I looked for ginkgo nuts in a nearby park. I think there used to be a lot of berries on the ground, but when I looked for them today, I couldn't find any at all. Maybe they cut down the female trees because they smelled too bad?

とりあえず、近所の公園で銀杏探し。以前は沢山落ちてたような気がするんだけど今日探したら全然見つからないんですよね。もしかして匂うからって女木だけ切られちゃった？

I came walking so hard even though it was so dark! I can't believe I couldn't find a single ginkgo nut. And since it was after the rain, the bottom of the ginkgo leaves were wet and my sneakers were getting kind of cold. 😭

こんなに暗いのに頑張って歩きに来たのに！銀杏の一つも見つからないなんて。しかも、雨の後なのでイチョウの葉の下が濡れていてスニーカーがなんだか冷たくなってきました。😭

What a day!

なんて日だ！

Anyway, I have to walk up to 5,000 steps, so I wander around the neighborhood. I'm suspicious, aren't I? 😂
I found some electric lights as I was walking. Come to think of it, it's December.

とりあえず、5000歩まで歩かないといけないので近所をウロウロ。不審者ですね、私。😂
歩いているといくつか電飾を見つけました。そういえば12月ですね。

It's hard for a house to put out lights every year. They don't use the exact same ones over and over again, but rather slightly different ones. Santa Claus may have changed from the bearded man to Mi-Key.
Where do they get them? Don Quixote, maybe? It's very beautiful, but the electricity bill looks terrible.

毎年電飾を出してくれるおうちは大変だよね。全く同じものを繰り返し使ってるんじゃなくて、ちょっとずつ違うものが増えていたり。サンタさんが髭のおじさんからミ〇キーに変わっていたり。
どこで買ってくるんだろう？ドン・キホーテとか？とても奇麗だけど、電気代が凄そうですね。

While thinking about this, I was walking and reached 5,000 steps, so I went home.
My feet still hurt when I walk in one go. I guess it is better to walk little by little in the afternoon or evening. It is better to walk little by little in the daytime or evening. It is also more beautiful in bright light.

そんなことを考えつつ歩いていたら5000歩に届いたので帰宅。
まとめて歩くとやっぱり足が痛いなー お昼や夕方に少しずつ歩く方がいいんだろうね。写真も明るい方がきれいだし。
