My Actifit Report Card: September 3 2024

The boys and I drove across town to play at the city park this evening, and I walked around the playground for 3500 or more @actifit fitness steps.

I spent a lot of time at this park as a kid, and did 4 years of school across the street.

I was in the office when Ronald Reagan was shot back in 1981.

I feel energetic this evening. Wish me luck.
