Walked across town - My Actifit Report Card: March 10 2025

I'm actually disappointed with today's @actifit step count, but it’s well above my desired 14,440 steps. I will take it.

I had an appointment for the family van to have front end repairs this morning, so I drove the van to the shop and walked over 1.5 miles home.

I worked in the back yard for more than a few hours. I made a table or bench top out of old fence pickets and attached it to an old homemade bench press. It looks good. I did sanding and rattle can painting on some steep poles.

I pumped iron a few times with all the curl bars available throughout the back yard. Maintaining the guns is a priority.

I got a call that the van was repaired this afternoon, so I jumped on @luvbnamome's cruiser and rode to the auto repair shop.

I removed the front wheel from the bicycle and loaded it up in the van.

I worked in the back yard until dark.
