My Actifit Report Card: November 1 2024

Yesterday was Halloween of course and Trick-Or-Treating leads to a fair amount of steps.

Actually, I had steps from three different walks yesterday. The first was a relatively short walk to the school my daughter goes to. Then I went for a walk around the mall at lunch. Finally it was zigzaging around the neighborhood for Halloween fun.

I'm actually a bit surprised I didn't get more steps but I think my phone rode in the stroller part of the time.
