My Actifit Report Card: March 8 2022

Hello, my dear friends. Today is the beginning of my participation in the ongoing four (4) weeks competition organised by the @actifit community with the help of these trainers such as @beachread, @comet.ranker, and @wil.metcalfe

Today's activist started with taking a walk from home to the place of work instead of making use of a commercial vehicle but I prefer to take a walk to the office and I took a walk back home before heading to the field where I jogged around the garden of the school premises to enable me to keep fit.

The following video was recorded with a smartphone camera as evidence of taking part in this exercise. This is the link to the video 👇
