Plan był prosty - lecę "w trupa" (co w moim przypadku oznacza tempo 4.30 🤪), i zobaczymy, co się wydarzy 😆
Aktualny plan treningowy na maraton nie zakładał wielu treningów szybkościowych, więc stwierdziłem, że sprawdzę, na ile wystarczy mi sił wypracowanych z aktualnie "uklepywanej" bazy - starczyło na 3 km 🤣
3 km biegłem z peace maker'em na 45 min (w tempie około 4.30), później .... został uruchomiony "plan optymalny" 😉

Plan optimum - nowy Personal Best
Plan minimum - dobiec do mety 🤣
