My Actifit Report Card: December 26 2024

Dear friends,

In this morning, I missed my morning exercises; I had to drive my mother to the monastery early morning. It was a busy day but I didn't find that I have completed significant work for myself. I just completed house chores - preparing meal for myself, feeding chicken and dogs, etc. I think I complete tasks fast. However, there are a few tasks I have completed today.

The first is I installed heater bulb for the chicks with a termostat and also a CCTV to see them if they are ok and to check if the termostat is working well. I can see the temperature from it from my phone app now. I feed them three times a day with dry food and green vegetable. Dry food is a mixture of corn, bran and fish powder. And I found chicken eat all sort of green vegetable.

The second is I just finished testing the used-oil stove again with modified air pipe. Today, I collected used oil from a motorcycle repair shop. The test vedio can be seen below. I will repair and modify the stove again tomorrow so that more flames come out of it.

Those are some of the activities for today. Tomorrow, I will do morning exercises. And after writing this post, I will meditate for one hour.
