Wednesday ☀️ 10323

A gray, damp morning wrapped the palace gardens, mist weaving through the trees like a whisper. I trudged behind the park, through Schleusenland, where i did the usual breathwork and meditation. As I passed the willow catkins, I shot a few photos to keep this time. The sun refused to make an appearance, stubbornly hiding behind clouds, and the temperature stubbornly lingered below 10 degrees. It felt like any other Wednesday—nothing extraordinary, yet still peaceful in its own way. It was simple, quiet, and familiar, just the right balance of routine to unwind.

An einem grauen, feuchten Morgen hüllte sich der Palastgarten in Nebel, der sich wie ein Flüstern durch die Bäume zog. Ich ging hinter dem Park, durch das Schleusenland, wo ich die gewohnten Atem- und Meditationsübungen machte. Beim Vorbeigehen an den Weidenkätzchen hab ich diesmal ein paar Fotos gemacht. Die Sonne weigerte sich zu erscheinen, versteckte sich hartnäckig hinter Wolken, und die Temperaturen blieben unter 10 Grad. Es war ein ganz normaler Mittwoch – nichts Außergewöhnliches, aber dennoch entspannend und ruhig.
