Hitting It from the Road - My Actifit Report Card: November 6 2024

Travel day today so could not get an early workout although I was able to stretch my legs a bit while I was in the airports. It was all uneventful so got to go to gym after work which was good as I took my time with a good lower body focused weight training session. Got my stretches in as well so it was pretty.

Got some sweat as I warmed up with a jog instead to get the heart rate up. The challenge today was diet as I could not keep a short interval for eating given the travel. However, I was able to eat well with the focus being on getting enough protein. That may be my approach this week as events will be at all times of the day. Momentum is keeping me disciplined as I know progress is still accelerating which will get me to a great place in a short time as long as I continue.
