My Actifit Report Card: February 28 2025
An early dinner after visiting my son the other day. Vegan burgers on guten free bun over looking a man made lake. The zucchini fries were not my favourite but I could get used to them. It is a nice spot other than all the dirty storm water drains run off from all the housing estates that keeps the water looking very brown and muddy. The turtles don't seem to mind and are actually thriving, but maybe it is not that good for them.
Another 10k before 10 am, A run early is a good help followed by a long day of house renovations and an evening walk.
