My Actifit Report Card: February 21 2025

Another big day and a nice sunrise. I warmed up on the indoor bike, followed by an easy run before breakfast. Then, it was back on the roof for more repair work. I had a break for lunch before back up on the roof.

On our afternoon stroll, we saw some nice water lilies at the storm water drain that feeds into creek. Makes me want to build some sort of water feature at home.
