My Actifit Report Card: February 12 2025
Another trip down to the recycling scrap yard to get rid of rubbish what was worth a few dollars. I quickly spent it and a bit more on the weekly groceries shop and some more roof repairs supplies from the local hardware shop.
I was able to add the tiniest bit of speed work or 100 metres run throughs at the end of my easy morning run. I like the way they show up on the cadence graph.
I have this bit of a theory that the 4:44 pace means I might be able to go well under the 25-minute mark this weekend if I can freshen up for parkrun
