My Actifit Report Card: September 19 2024
It was another good day in my yard getting stuff done that has been bugging me for years. The outdoor clothes line along the side of the house had almost fallen down as the old timber posts slowly rotted away. I replaced them with some second-hand 100mm water pipe, which was being thrown out on a job site. It should last forever or at least see me out.
My ankle is feeling a bit better, but my activity count is still down. Hopefully, tomorrow will be higher.
