My Actifit Report Card: July 6 2023

It must be getting warmer. We saw our first bearded dragon lizard since last summer. We usually see them daily when it is hot, but not at all in winter. I think they like to hide in burrows or trees when it is too cold.

Busy activity count with a morning run, work walking, an afternoon stroll, and an evening weight training session.

Well we are past the Winter Solstice in the Southern Hemisphere, but there are still some cold day ahead of us here. Seems quite early to see reptiles out and about... but who knows what goes on in Australia! !LOL

I could say the same thing about Cape Town, only we have wet winters so maybe not so great for our reptiles.

Yet we still have tons of local species.
