My Actifit Report Card: March 28 2025 #SWC
Saludos a toda la comunidad de #SWC y #Hive 🙋🏻♂️🚶🏻♂️🤸🏻♂️.
Esta tarde empecé activo a eso de las 6:10 de la tarde. Salí a trotar desde la ruta de siempre, desde el "Comando", pasando por Villa Betania. Y obviamente, hice algo de sprint por la subida que hay en esa zona de aquellos lados. Teniendo en cuenta que ya era algo tarde, tenía pensado quedarme en las barras que avían allí, pero aun así me decidí a irme por la misma ruta a mi casa, a cambiarme los zapatos por unas cholas y también a pasar buscando mis mini-paralelas. Luego de ello, salí directamente al parque de barras por la zona en que vivo, en donde normalmente suelo entrenar calistenia. Al llegar al parque de barras, pues vi que sí había vida en el lugar. O sea, había bastante gente entrenando. Saludé a cada uno de ellos y empecé a prepararme para empezar a entrenar. Bien, mi entreno de hoy fue de ejercicios isométricos avanzados, más que todo "front lever", pero también hice "full planche". Y a todo esto, yo me estaba enfocando en los "power moves" como tal. Y a decir verdad, hoy sí me sentí un poco mejor en la ejecución de cada uno de ellos. Teniendo en cuenta de que tengo una lesión en el bíceps derecho, pues esta vez ha sido menor el efecto del mismo. O sea, sí ha habido una mejoría o una menor carga en el mismo.
Aunque también dejo como observación de que si he bajado, digamos, un poco, el nivel en general como tal en lo que sería fuerza, que es en lo que yo me especializo. Pero bueno, al menos ya sé que con calma puedo volver a retomar y superar mi nivel. Y así me he estado manteniendo durante todo el entrenamiento de hoy, hasta las 9:10 de noche, aproximadamente, en que terminé de entrenar y me fui directamente a casa a descansar

This evening I started active at about 6:10 in the afternoon. I went jogging from the usual route, from the "Comando", passing through Villa Betania.
