Saludos a toda la comunidad de #SWC y #Hive 🙋🏻‍♂️🚶🏻‍♂️🤸🏻‍♂️.

Mi rutina empezó a las 5:30 de la tarde. Salí a trotar, algo que he estado haciendo estas últimas semanas. Fue un trote ligero por Villa Betania. Ahí aproveché unas barras para calentar la parte superior del cuerpo para el entrenamiento más intenso de la tarde. Regresé a casa a buscar las mini-paralelas y fui al parque de barras donde normalmente suelo entrenar calistenia. Saludé a los chicos y empecé mi entrenamiento enfocado a "Power moves" de full planche y front lever, en sus diferentes variantes. El entrenamiento me fue bien, me sentí ligero en la ejecución de estos ejercicios, aunque noté que mi nivel ha bajado en las "Full planche" comparado a semanas e incluso a meses anteriores. Esto se debe a que tengo una lesión en el bíceps derecho, así que tuve que bajarle y equilibrar la intensidad para no empeorar la lesión. Estuve entrenando hasta las 9 pm, recogí mis cosas y me fui a casa.

Ya estando en casa, terminé con las series de ejercicios que faltaban. Prácticamente, al fallo, para así dar por culminado esta semana de entrenamiento. Espero pronto superar esta lesión, para exprimir mis capacidades y llevarlos al siguiente nivel. Sé que con, paciencia y determinación, lo lograré.

My routine started at 5:30 in the afternoon. I went for a jog, something I have been doing for the past few weeks. It was a light jog around Villa Betania. There I took advantage of some bars to warm up my upper body for the more intense workout of the afternoon. I went back home to get the mini-parallettes and went to the barbell park where I normally train calisthenics. I greeted the guys and started my workout focused on "Power moves" of full planche and front lever, in its different variants. The workout went well, I felt light in the execution of these exercises, although I noticed that my level has dropped in the "Full planche" compared to previous weeks and even months. This is because I have a right biceps injury, so I had to lower and balance the intensity so as not to worsen the injury. I was training until 9 pm, packed up my stuff and went home.

Once at home, I finished with the remaining series of exercises. Practically, to failure, to thus give by culminated this week of training. I hope to soon overcome this injury, to squeeze my capabilities and take them to the next level. I know that with patience and determination, I will make it.
